ron gerberRon has been kayak fishing for the last 7 years. He is the father of two beautiful kids; sons Ronin, (4y/o) and daughter Ryan, (8y/o). Born and raised in South Africa, Ron immigrated to the US in 1996 and has lived in North Carolina since then. He has been fishing with Carolina Kayak Anglers - CKA since their inception. Qualified for the KBF National Championship 3 of the last 4 years. He has had many top 10 finishes, several top 3 finishes and is still chasing the elusive “W” in a tournament. He also represent Denali Rods, Vicious Fishing Line, Get:Outdoors Paddlesports, Black Bear Tackle, G2 Gemini Customs, and has recently been working with Carver Industries providing social media content.
